1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OKC Corporate Housing website (the "Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

OKC Corporate Housing provides fully furnished mid-term rental housing in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Our services include property placement for corporate professionals, insurance relocation clients, and individuals requiring temporary housing for 30 days or more.

All placements are subject to availability, approval, and the execution of a rental agreement between the tenant and the property owner.

3. Inquiries & Reservations

Submitting an inquiry or availability request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A placement is only confirmed upon execution of a signed rental agreement and receipt of any required deposits or payments as specified in that agreement.

4. Rental Agreements

All rentals are governed by a separate rental agreement provided at the time of placement. That agreement will contain the specific terms related to rent, security deposits, lease duration, pet policies, cancellation, and other conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement shall control.

5. Payments

Rental rates, deposits, and payment schedules will be outlined in your individual rental agreement. OKC Corporate Housing accepts payments via methods specified at the time of lease signing. All fees are due as stated in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined therein.

6. Guest Conduct & Property Use

Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and comply with all rules outlined in their rental agreement, including but not limited to noise policies, guest limits, smoking restrictions, and pet policies. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from security deposits or additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

OKC Corporate Housing acts as a property manager and placement service. We are not liable for personal injury, loss of personal property, or damages arising from the use of a rental property beyond what is required by applicable law. Guests are encouraged to carry renter's insurance for the duration of their stay.

8. Website Use

The content on this Site — including text, images, and branding — is the property of OKC Corporate Housing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair its operation.

9. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
